My unit features the following: -Smart TV with Netflix at living room AND master's room -80-300mbps high speed fiber internet -Karaoke -Card/board games -Refrigerator -Microwave oven -Induction cooker -Rice cooker with steamer -Mineral water with dispenser -Shower with heater -Toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, tissue, 6 towels) -Iron and ironing board -Hair dryer -Digital lock for contactless check-in The master's bedroom has a queen sized bed while the other 2 beds has a double bed. The beds can accommodate 6 people. This unit has second floor which requires the use of stairs. 2 bed & 2 baths can be found at the second floor. First floor has 1 bed and bath, dining room, kitchen and living room. We have high speed internet so you can catch up on work or enjoy a staycation and binge watch on Netflix. We also provide kitchen utensils and induction cooker for light cooking. There are 3 restrooms equipped with hot/cold shower and toiletries for your convenience. 6 towels are provided during your stay. Beside the building, there’s BPI for your banking needs and Jollibee (you don’t have to go far for that “Bida ang Saya” experience!) =) Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish is located at 13th Ave., at the street beside the building. There’s 7-11 outside for your late-night needs. There are also multiple laundromats within the vicinity. -very accessible location -near public transportation, malls, and Araneta Coliseum -supermarket and retail stores nearby -restaurants, pharmacy, laundry, water refilling, and more Guest access You will have the whole unit to yourself. All amenities at L6 (pool, gym, kid’s play area) are free of charge except for paid parking available at the basement (P220- car and P50- motor for 24hours). Pool's open Tuesday-Sunday from 7am-8pm. **PLS. BE REMINDED WE HAVE NO CONTROL WHEN BUILDING ADMIN DECIDES TO CLOSE THE POOL OR SCHEDULE ANY MAINTENANCE** Guests have to present and leave their IDs at reception upon check-in and will be provided with visitor's pass during their stay. Everything you need is within the area. So look no further and enjoy your stay with us! Other things to note Check-in is at 3pm, and check out is at 11am. This 4-hour gap will allow our professional housekeepers sufficient time to completely sanitize, disinfect, and thoroughly reset the place and be ready for you when you arrive. On occasion, we are able to accommodate early check-ins or baggage deposit, and check-outs up to 12noon. However, this will depend on availability of the unit. Please contact us to let us know your schedule ahead of time. A fee off P200 per hour will be billed for unauthorized early check-in or late check-out. Please let me know ahead of time the number of guests who will stay prior to check-in. Only approved number of guests are free of charge. Unauthorized guest will be charged P500/person. Pls. be informed that we have regular pest control done at the building (this is done twice a month).
