A fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and homey furniture in every room will make this place your home away from home! Guest access Guests will be sent a key code 24 hours prior to check in. Other things to note - Pets require approval (250 non-refundable fee) - No smoking inside the home ($500 fee) - $300/mo utility allowance (overages will be charged to next month's rent) - IDs of everyone over the age of 18 are required after booking and before check-in.
