This spacious house offers 2 bedrooms, laundry room with a futon, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful breezeway, spacious living room, remodeled bathroom, dining room, screened in back porch for dining and watching TV, fire pit, lower gathering deck complete with a propane gas grill and a garage in case it rains. You will have games for all ages. The space The Space: * The Breezeway - If you are into relaxing, this is the room for you. - Spacious and tranquil area with all-day sunlight, living plants, musical instruments, a battery-operated tabletop waterfall fountain, a diffuser (selection of oils included), a cone incense burner, yoga mat and resistance bands. - The room also includes a breakfast table for two, a workspace looking over the lower deck and back yard, a couch, and two high-back chairs for those unforgettable conversations, life-changing books, and time to stop and make memories. - Enjoy your morning coffee, work, read, exercise, or just relax. *The Dining Room - High top table with seating for 6. - Well-lit during the day and private in the evening. - You can enjoy the wall climbing plant that has taken over one of the walls and a beautiful built-in China cabinet. The antique dishes add to the charm and character of the room. *The Living Room - Sectional couch with 3 recliners and 2 cup holders. - Leather chair with ottoman and a laid-back chair for conversations. - 70-inch Samsung Smart TV and surround system with Bluetooth. - Built-in bookcase equipped with books for all ages. * Kitchen - Double oven, top oven can be used as a convection oven. - Gas Rangetop with 4 burners. - Espresso machine, Coffee maker, instant electric hot water kettle, blender, food processor, instant pot with the extra accessories, large WiFi air fryer, crock pot, large roasting pan and a waffle maker. - Dishwasher. - Beautiful granite counter tops. - Stainless steel refrigerator and lower freezer with icemaker. - Pantry with spices and grilling utensils. - Kids plates, bowls, utensils, sippy cups, regular plastic cups and an infant bottle. - Ikea fully washable highchair. *Bathroom - Walk-in shower with glass door and your choice of shower head. - Choice of towels: White for that spa experience, or colored for cleaning up after your latest outdoor adventure or your little one's fun with mudpies. - Toiletries provided in case you forget yours: shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, individually wrapped bars of soap, 1 razor, 1 toothbrush, and 1 tube of toothpaste. - Hair dryer, curling iron, and flat iron provided. - A stool for your little one to help them reach the sink. - Elongated, chair-height toilet. - Bluetooth light/fan speaker. * Laundry Room - Large capacity front-load washing machine and dryer. Guest access: - Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. There is a smart lock on the front porch next to the glider. Your access code wil be the last 4 digits of the phone number provided to Airbnb. If you do not have a number listed with Airbnb or have a preferred 4-digit, send me a message with the 4 digits for the lock. - Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Other things to note: No parties or gatherings of any kind are allowed without permission from the host. This will result in a $500.00 fine and an immediate termination of your stay without refund. A party or gathering is defined as having a group of people in the home greater than the number on the reservation without first obtaining permission from the host, Jamie. Pets are welcome and there is a 2 pet maximum, $50.00 per pet. If you are bringing 2 pets I will send you a request for an additional $50.00 as Airbnb only charges you for 1 pet. Please note, this is not a "pet fee." This is a "cleaning fee" that all pets are suject to, with exception of a registered ADA working service animal. Please do not let your pets on the couch, beds, or other furniture. Failure to follow this rule will result in additonal cleaning feees. If there is excessive cleaning or damage from your pet then you will be responsible to pay for the damages or extra cleaning. There is no SMOKING of any kind INSIDE the house to protect the comfort of future guests. A $500.00 environmental cleaning fee will be charged to any guests who smoke in the residence. No parking is allowed inside the garage and there are NO exceptions to this rule!
