The accommodation includes parking, covered and safe in case you visit Mendoza by vehicle. It is ideal for two people, with the possibility of accommodating four thanks to a large sofa/bed. Heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and Smart TV. The space The accommodation is located on the first floor, on the street side, and is accessed by stairs. It has: -A bedroom with a double sommier, closet and natural light. - A full bathroom with a shower. - A living/dining room integrated with a 43" smart TV, a table for four people, a double sofa bed and an integrated kitchen, equipped with a set of pots, a toaster, a kettle, a large refrigerator, a microwave and a gas stove. - A balcony facing the street. Guest access Available for your stay is a large living room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bidet, and a bedroom with a double bed. Other things to note The TV has all the most used streaming apps installed such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, etc... but each guest must use their own account to access the content. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.
