You won't find another like it! The space This 5-bedroom villa is located on the waterfront with private access to the water and a private cove. It has a very large lot from the barrier, where you will enter with your car, going down to a private parking lot, where there is room to park 4-5 cars as well. From the parking lot to the main entrance you will go down some stairs. Entering the house, the unbeatable views await you that you will enjoy from the living room, the dining room, the terraces and some of the bedrooms as well. Of the five bedrooms, one has a 150 cm bed, the master bedroom has a 180 cm bed, and the other three have single beds. Three of the five bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and two share a bathroom. Four bedrooms are on the same level as the rest of the house, but there is one bedroom that is one level higher than the rest. The house has a very spacious living and dining room, a perfect place for family reunions, friends or even work meetings. The living room and dining room also have access to the very sunny terrace with chill-out furniture to enjoy naps and morning coffees. The terrace is open in front and on the left side to enjoy the panoramic views of the port, but it has electric blinds to close in case of bad weather or colder nights, thus also gaining more privacy. On the terrace you also have your gas barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped for 10 people with all appliances. To get to the pool you will go down one more level on stairs. The pool is in the sun all day and lets you see the whole harbor. The water is salt water and checked weekly by the pool attendant and gardener of the house. From the pool level you will have to go down more stairs to reach the sea and a private cove. There is a possibility to enter the water on some natural steps and you can swim whenever you want. The house has free WiFi, air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen as well as central gas heating. Guest access You have access to the entire property from the main gate, which you will enter with a remote control, to the sea. You have access to the entire house and the terraces and the pool.
