Small and nice

On the 1st floor of a 600-year-old house is the quiet and cozy apartment located on the edge of the picturesque old town. The nearest grocery store is 400 m away. From the window and balcony you can see the mountains and in front of them the mighty trees of a large garden, in between lies the street, the wall and our garden. The property is 850 meters from Haller train station. The space The quiet and cozy accommodation is located in a house with a total of 4 apartments. It has its own kitchen and bathroom. The bed in the bedroom is 140x200. In the hallway outside the apartment is the staircase with washing machine and the balcony. There is no TV. Games and books are in the stairwell. The apartment is facing east, making it ideal for a sunny breakfast or brunch in the kitchen or on the balcony. From the balcony you can see our garden and neighbors' garden. The property is particularly suitable for relaxing, exploring the surrounding mountains, the Haller Old Town and Innsbruck. 1 km away is the Haller outdoor swimming pool, which reopened at the end of June 2024 after a major renovation. Shortly before there is also a mini golf course with a wine tavern (lunch menu!). 650 m to the nearest spa, an indoor swimming pool with sauna is located in the Olympic Village, a sauna in Anichstraße near Innsbruck main train station. There is also an indoor swimming pool in the Olympic Village. Very close to it is the Baggersee with numerous sports facilities and a restaurant. In Hall there are numerous small shops, galleries, cafes and 5 minutes from the property you will find the tourist office for more information. In the surrounding area there are many worthwhile excursion destinations such as the Münzerturm and the mining museum in Hall, the crystal worlds in Wattens, the Piepmatzweg to the Vögelsberg inn above Wattens, the silver mine in Schwaz, Lake Achen above Jenbach, or the Golden Roof in Innsbruck,... Guest access Stairwell, apartment, balcony and washing machine room are suitable for use. Via the house entrance you enter the 1st floor directly to the apartment and the balcony. In the 1st opposite the apartment there is a small room with the washing machine. Laundry can be dried on the balcony on the drying rack. Other things to note Please note the local tourist tax of €2.60 per night per person, which is payable in cash upon arrival. On the homepage of the Hall tourist office, you will find the discounts that can be used with the free guest card (e.g. free bus ride to Innsbruck). Bus plans are available on the property. The walk to Haller station is about 7 minutes. Hall - Innsbruck -Hall train connection: Interval: approximately 15 minutes Travel time: 9 - 11 minutes In the street in front of and behind the house, parking (parking meter) currently costs €1.00/30 minutes. Monday to Friday parking is free from 6 pm to 8 am. From Saturday 12 PM to Monday 8 PM parking is also free. 3 - 5 minutes' walk away there is free parking without time limit. A parking garage is 400 m away. Bed linen, towels, shower towels, dish towels, dishwashing detergents are provided. Restaurants in Hall: Geisterburg, Goldener Löwe, Bretze & es geht weiter, Secco Bistro, Bar Centrale, Ombra, ... Cafés in Hall: Flos Coffee and Bagels, Brotkäppchen, Café im Erzspeicher Rathauscafé, Weiler,... Shops: Nahtur und Nackig (organic, unpackaged & regional), Haus der Geschenke, ... Farmers market every Saturday (9-12) at the upper town square in the old town. It is forbidden to bring bicycles into the apartment. However, they can be parked in the entrance area. The washing machine is located opposite the apartment behind the blue door. There is also detergent that you can use. The laundry can be dried on the 1st floor on the balcony (dryer rack next to the washing machine) or in the stairwell in the event of rain. All information without guarantee.
