Walk to tennis,horse riding,children's play area, gardens, village community pool, bar & outdoor BBQcafe,(*mar-oct) *Casa Alados has village community pool access only (in summer months july/august only) @ €5/person/day The space The mountain setting in our lovely village of Les Planes Del Rei makes it an ideal location for both keen hikers and cyclists - from right outside your front door. A short drive (20 mins) or train (10 mins) to Port Aventura theme & water park, fishing on the Ebro river & all types of water sports. Towns, fabulous beaches and seafood cafes all close by. Day trips to cities of Unesco world heritage city of Tarragona , Reus - and of course Barcelona via the train from the local station (7 mins from villa) to the city centre (Gracia/Las Ramblas) approx 1.5 hr journey if you don't feel like driving. Also Ideally situated to visit the famous and prestigious wine producing regions of DOQ Priorat and DO Montsant which between them have over 45 cellers offering wine tasting tours. This region also produces the highly prized Siurana olive oil coveted by the worlds most fashionable restaurants - a truly gastronomic area to explore. Or simply relax in a lounger on your terrace taking in the most beautiful scenery - watching the sunsets on the terrace with a cocktail in hand is just glorious - or maybe with a glass of the wonderful local wine . The early risers will enjoy the most beautiful of sunrises with fabulous views Guest access owner will greet and provide keys . Private access to apartment Private terrace & bbq patio area Other things to note Strictly no more than 4 guests in total (to include children) Property not safe or suitable for very young children and toddlers *Please remember that upon arrival we will need a €200 Euro security deposit ( in cash please) to cover any loss, damage or breakage, which will be returned to you after inspection - hopefully in full - when you leave. Please do tell us of any mishaps though straight away in order that we have time to repair or replace before the next guests arrive We will also need to take the Catalan stay tax of 1 €/person/day( for persons over 16 years of age and a maximum of 1 week) and passport/ID details of all guests . A €50 late night arrival fee will apply for arrivals after 21:00hrs. (no check in after 22:00 hrs) A €50 Euro extra cleaning charge to include the BBQ will be charged if deemed necessary ( although I have never yet had to charge for this ) *Please remember that check in is not before 16.00hrs on arrival and check out before 10.00 hrs on departure date. *Situation of property not suitable for very young children and toddlers.
