The Double Room is located on the first floor, having a lot to offer for the dollar value. It has great privacy and is only a 5 minute walk to the White Plains Train Station and downtown White Plains. The space Includes a private half bathroom. Guest will only have access to the first room. If guest wants access to the second room, they must pay an extra fee. Full price for one additional guest in the second room, half price for each additional guest in the same room. Not suitable for children under the age of 12. FREE PARKING AVAILABLE AT OUR OTHER LOCATION (Short-term parking available upon request before booking). Additional fee for laundry ($10 per load - includes washer, dryer, laundry detergent, etc.). Smoking is allowed outside only. Full kitchen included except stove and oven. A $80 key deposit is required for the main and room keys - optional. Guest access Guests have access to the Double Room and shared spaces (Bathroom, Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Area, Patios, Front Yards, and Backyards). During your stay Myself, Eva, and my Co-Hosts, Christopher and Matthew, are always available to help guests during their stay. Any guest that has any questions and/or concerns can reach out to us through Airbnb or by cell #. Other things to note At Check-In, we would like to see Photo ID, Driver’s License and/or Passport. Self Check-In is available in the event that myself, Eva, and my Co-Hosts, Christopher and Matthew, cannot receive guests. AC is provided June 1st - September 1st.
