It has 2 full bathrooms with towels, toiletries, and everything you need to freshen up fast or relax after a big night out. The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up quick breakfasts or late-night snacks. The central lounge, with wooden floors and high ceilings, is perfect for pregaming or laughing about last night’s adventures. 📺 Note: No open TV, only Chromecast (perfect for your party playlist). The shared terrace is open daily from 08:00 to 21:00, currently being refurbished with brand-new furniture coming soon. 🚫 Important: the apartment has NO elevator. Stay Unique is committed to our owners that their flats are protected during bookings. For that reason, we require all of our guests to pay a €300 damage deposit fee. However as an alternative, we can offer you the option to waive this payment by purchasing a non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver for €25 which will cover your liability for up to €300 of property damage during your stay. Also, please note the damage deposit is subject to a €10 administration fee which would be deducted from your chosen payment method. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire unit, ensuring privacy during your stay, and you will have Wi-Fi connection. Access to the accommodation is available from 3:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, you can check the availability of early check-in, subject to an additional charge.
