Apartment located on the 1st floor of a house without elevator access. A stone's throw from the train station, it consists of 3 bedrooms with 2 x 2 single beds and 1 x a single bed (the beds are 90 x 200). This fully equipped apartment is a good base to visit Chantilly on foot: ideal for visiting the Château and the racecourse. The space The apartment is minutes from the city center in a three-story townhouse. Across the street is the forest that gives access to the lawn as well as the Chantilly racecourse. The apartment has been refurbished and is on the first floor without elevator access. The entrance to the apartment consists of: - 3 bedrooms (5 beds 90 x 200). - a bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and toilet, - a toilet, - a fully equipped kitchen, - a large living room. The kitchen is fully equipped: - refrigerator, - salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, - dishwasher (tablets provided), - oven, - kettle, - microwave, - Nespresso machine. The bedrooms have new and high-end bedding (Emma mattress). The advantages: - The apartment is 1 minute from Chantilly train station and 2 minutes from the racecourse. - The apartment is fully equipped (TV, desk, etc.) -The kitchen is fully equipped, -The airport is a 25-minute drive away, - The forest is two blocks from the apartment. Watch out for horses, deer, bucks… nature surrounds you in Chantilly! - The castle is an 8-minute walk from the house, - The apartment is equipped with double glazing. - We've lived here forever and know the area perfectly, so don't hesitate! Linens and bath towels are provided. Guest access The entrance is autonomous with an automatic lock. Codes are sent the day before your arrival via Airbnb messaging. Offices are located on the ground floor of the house. They are our neighbors, please do not disturb them. If you have any problems, call Helene (number at the bottom of the message you will receive the day before your arrival). For everyone's safety, be sure to close the black fence, do not let anyone in: visitors have the key or they must ring the bell. Other things to note ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ We charge a low cleaning fee, in exchange we ask that all dirty dishes be put in the dishwasher and that it be started before leaving (tablets are provided), and not to leave wet towels on the bed but to leave them on the floor. 🛬 Check-in is at 4pm. Earlier check-in is possible for €10/h (subject to availability), please contact us. 🛫 Checkout is at 10am. Late checkout is possible for €10/h (subject to availability), please contact us. ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ One pet is allowed for €70/stay. Please add it when selecting the number of guests. Please don't let it climb on the beds or sofa and don't let it do anything it wouldn't be allowed to do at home. ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ For safety reasons and out of respect for everyone, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the house (bedrooms and common areas). In accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, setting the conditions for the application of the smoking ban in places assigned to collective use, smoking in the apartment exposes you to an additional charge of €300 or legal proceedings.
