If you have ever wondered what it is like to stay in a converted barn, we have the ideal place waiting for you! This century-old barn has been transformed into a Guesthouse, with the Farm Stay room being on the ground level. You will have a queen and a single bed as well as a TV with hundreds of DVDs, an in-unit kitchenette, super easy access to the shared bathroom and laundry, a wet kitchen, gym, hot tub, BBQ's, fire pits, a saltwater pool in summer, and so much more! The space This is a very unique and magical space. Stroll around the farm and meet our horses, goats, chickens, cat, and dogs! Connect with the animals, nature and yourself. Outdoors you will find a salt-water heated pool with patio furniture and a barbecue. A luxurious 5-seater hot-tub immediately adjacent to the pool awaits you for relaxing under the stars. Read a book or lounge by the pool or the pond. Towels provided. Pool deck is smoke and 420 friendly. Please be respectful if you are with other families. There is a firepit located on the pooldeck and another by the pond. A third can be found near the outdoor arena & chicken coop area so you have a variety of views to choose from! Firewood available at an additional cost and is sourced from a local small business. Enjoy the gym that has a treadmill, boflex, StairMaster, weights and more. The window overlooks backyard and beautiful forest area. The room has a closet with drawers and space for hanging clothing. It also includes bar fridge, microwave, kettle, limited dishes, and a hot plate. There is no stove top or cooking tools. The room has Queen bed and single bed. There are 3 stools at a breakfast bar or work area. Enjoy a movie night on the flatscreen tv with hundreds of DVD options that are provided for your use. If you are traveling and don't have anything with you, please tell me and I am happy to help where I can! There is a shared sink area across from your room for washing dishes. It is a cozy private room. Max 3 people. No children due to access to pool area. I live and work here and are here if you have questions, I am happy to say hello or can give you your space. Just let me know what your needs are. I love to host visitors and am happy to give info and tips on request. The farm also offers a variety of spaces on the property that is available to guests for reunions, celebrations and artistic functions. Additional fees for events space rental. Hosting on airbnb allows me to spend more time doing what I love: gardening, working on the farm, and traveling. I am happy to share this space that has been so enjoyable for so many people! Other listings on this property include Five Star Pool View unit which sleeps 4, and Five Star Hayloft that can accommodate children and can sleep up to 8 guests. Guest access Feel free to wander the entire farm. Please do not enter any animal enclosures without permission. Close any gates you open behind you. Shared spaces include the pool deck, general farm spaces, ballroom, bathroom (2 guest rooms share the bathroom). Bathroom includes a washer/dryer. Plenty of parking available. During your stay I am on the farm and happy to help in any way I can. This is a working farm. So there is almost always someone on site. We will leave you to your privacy unless you want to mingle. Pool, hot tub, gym and ballroom area are shared spaces. Other things to note **No nearby transit, and we are in the boonies, so you’ll need a car (we do have a local Uber driver). **Internet is available...but it is country internet and not fast and dependable like the city.
