The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a family meal. It comes complete with a coffee and tea station and complimentary snacks to get you started. Our unique sunroom is designed for both entertainment and unwinding. Bedroom 2: A comfortable room with a Queen bed, workspace and 50 inch TV. Bedroom 3: A warm and cozy room with a Queen bed. A pack 'n' play crib is also available for our youngest guests. Childrens' dinnerware also available in the kitchen. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire home, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive stay. Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in with our smart lock system. Your accessible areas include: The entire 3-bedroom house. A private patio area with lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table, and a charcoal BBQ grill. In-unit washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Reserved parking spot in the driveway. Access to the shared backyard, non heated swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on a sunny day. Other things to note There is another unit on the property with its own separate, private entrance but shares the backyard and the pool. No smoking or vaping inside the property. For your security, exterior security cameras are located on the property monitoring the premises. Maintenance done for the pool usually Mondays in the morning. The right-most side of the driveway is reserved for the other unit but there are 2 parking spaces available for your vehicle. Please use your designated parking spot.
