This newly built 24 m2 studio is located in the Emmental, 20 minutes from Bern and 20 minutes from Thun. It is very quiet because it is located in a residence on the heights of the village of Konolfingen from where you can admire the landscape of the Swiss Alpine meadows with in particular the famous Stockhorn, and the Niesen... It is within walking distance (15 minutes from the train station) as well as by car. We have a space in the residence's garage available to our visitors. The entry is independent. The space The studio is composed of a small kitchen containing: a fridge, a stovetop, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle and everything you need to cook. There is also a bathroom with shower, sink, mirror and toilet. The bed is a 140*200 with mattress and mattress topper to ensure great comfort. The unit is on the ground floor. Next to the accommodation, there is a bike parking lot that can be used by the tenant. Guest access The property is fully accessible to the guest. The keys are handed over in person. That's why check-in time needs to be communicated by message a few days before your arrival. Other things to note The studio is also connected to the internet via 5G. There is also a TV with a wide range of channels and in multiple languages. The TV can be connected to your Netflix account, or other streaming service... For our guests with young children/babies, we provide a travel crib, dishes and also toys. Please request it in advance.
