The space This newly renovated and refurbished apartment accommodates up to four guests with two double bedrooms, one bathroom and elevator access. Relax in the living area with a large TV and workspace, or settle in for the evening after a day exploring the city. Air conditioning, heating, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, kitchen and dining area are all included. A baby cot and high chair are available on request, though cot sheets are not provided. Santa Maria Novella station is an 18-minute walk, 12 minutes by tram via the T2 line to the Cavour stop, or a 10-minute taxi for around €15. For guests with luggage, we recommend the taxi. If you're arriving by car, parking is available at Parcheggio Parterre Firenze Parcheggi, just a 10-minute walk away. Parking costs €15 per day. Please note that this is a quiet residential building and we strictly enforce quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM.
