Pls read more info below The space Our home is a serene independent 4 BHK Farmhouse located right opposite Westin Resort, Sohna. Spreading over 1.5 acres of sprawling greens, and having a private swimming pool, an outdoor bar, a fire pit, and a kitchen garden, the farmhouse serves as an ideal place for family staycations, leisure escapes, private celebrations, corporate retreats and much more. Adventure activities nearby: Paramotor gliding, Go-karting, adventure and other activities nearby. ~Property Layout~ * The Villa consists of 4 Bedrooms, an informal Living room, a dining area with an open kitchen and a TV lounge. * One bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor, along with the Living and Dining areas, and is elderly friendly * Three bedrooms are located on the first floor (upper level) of the villa * Out of the three bedrooms on the first floor, two have en-suite bathrooms, and one bathroom is located opposite the third room (so one needs to get out of the room to access it). * The Living room on the ground floor has informal sitting for 8-10 guests, and a bar area made for fun family time * The dining area has an attached TV lounge and an open kitchen adjacent to it. The TV lounge is fitted with a Sofa bed, and an attached washroom and doubles up as an extra bed for additional occupancy ~Amenities~ * Kitchen has all required utensils and appliances like microwave, baking oven, gas stove, refrigerator, RO water purifier, toaster, cutlery and crockery * The property is air conditioned (for summer months) and heated (for winters) through split air conditioners/halogen heaters/heat convectors * We have a Wi-Fi network within the indoor areas of the property and works very well. * All bathrooms have storage water heaters for the hot water supply * The property has UPS & Generator power backup * Fresh clean Linen is provided at every check-in. Pool towels can be requested. * Housekeeping is provided daily * Our caretakers are there for housekeeping and do not help to serve food/help with drinks. If service is required, we can arrange service stewards at an additional charge of ₹ 1,000 (for 6 hours of service) per steward. Prior intimation is required for arranging service staff. ~Meals & Dining~ * We have special meal packages for our guests in association with our catering partners. * The meal packages start at ₹ 2500 per person and include lunch, dinner and breakfast the next day. * The menu has been designed to include different cuisines like Indian, Continental, and Asian so our guests have a wonderful experience at our property. * The meal packages are at an additional cost and the payment is to be made directly to our catering partners. * Our meal partners will get in touch with you to understand your choice after a booking is confirmed. * The meal package is optional, and if you do not want meals, you are welcome to use our kitchen to cook your meals. * We can also provide a home cook at an additional charge. Groceries are to be provided by the guests. We recommend meal services over home cook, as then the guests do not need to worry about any groceries and can enjoy their vacation. * Zomato / Swiggy deliveries are limited due to fewer restaurants in the vicinity. ~Security~ The property is fully secured by a boundary and the entry gates are only opened by our staff for our guests. Our entry gates close by 11 p.m. for security reasons. If late-night access is required, the same is chargeable extra at ₹ 1000 per day. ~Hosting Events & Gatherings~ * We selectively permit hosting intimate gatherings/celebrations of up to 100 guests. * Parties/gatherings are allowed in the lawn area only. They are prohibited inside the villa/rooms & recreation block. * For private parties / social gatherings (non-wedding) a visiting guest charge of ₹1000 per guest per day is charged in addition to the property booking for staying guests. This charge is towards property rental. * We can organize catering & decor for events through our catering & decor partners at affordable rates. Guest access Guests will have access to the villa, the lawns, the swimming pool, the outdoor bar, etc. Our place is a private home to enjoy, and our team will be there to assist our guests. We expect our guests to take care of our home as their own home during their stay. Our staff means a lot to us, so we expect our guests to treat them as genuine caretakers, who are there to assist you during your stay. Please treat them with the respect they deserve. Other things to note Please note - *This is a private home and not a hotel. Please do not expect hotel kind of services at the property. We focus on cleanliness, good quality and well-maintained linen, and homely comfort for our guests. * Due to load capacity reasons, we allow a total of 6 Air conditioners to run together at one time. If more air conditioners are running simultaneously, the electricity supply can be disrupted and would cause problems during your stay. * The swimming pool will not be accessible during heavy monsoons and in winter months ~Swimming Pool Rules~ * Jumping in the pool at any end is strictly prohibited (For safety reasons) * Glass bottles / breakable glassware is strictly prohibited in the pool area (Beer cans / Disposable / Plastic glassware is allowed). For safety reasons, we do not permit beer bottles to be brought to the property. This is non-negotiable and can lead to termination of the booking. * Non-swimmers and kids (unattended) are not allowed to enter our pool area * Our guests are solely and explicitly liable for using the pool at their own risk. Any mishap/accident in the pool shall have no responsibility, explicit or implied on the host, its associates, the owners of the property or any / of the workers at the property. * Non-compliance with swimming pool rules will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate cancellation of the booking with no refund. Any guest found jumping in the pool / carrying beer bottles/glasses to the pool area will be fined ₹ 25,000 for non-compliance (This is for the safety of guests). * Guests will be asked to sign a liability disclaimer before entering the swimming pool To contact the host, please use the designated "contact host" option Airbnb policy does not permit us to share contact details before a confirmed booking. Please do not ask us for our contact details or send us your contact details on this messenger as the same will be blocked by Airbnb. You can make a booking for the number of guests, and the communication channel will open after the booking. After making the booking, if you find any discrepancy in the listing details and the property in real, we will allow free cancellation, within 48 hours of such booking. Please note: We have to be punctual with our timings as we need sufficient time to clean, reset and sanitize the space for our next guests. Each guest is important to us, and one guest's delay will lead to another guest's experience being compromised. So, we request you to please adhere to the timings. Please do not mind repeated reminders by us starting 45 minutes before your checkout time, as we understand it takes time to pack.
