Wayanad Estate Living |The Terrace|Private Pool

This space within the coffee plantation estate was my ‘go to place’ to unwind.. It has 2 rooms with a terrace and pool just steps away.. the space has everything I could imagine to have a blend of relaxation, outdoors or a chilled get together.. it has vintage wooden speakers, a fully fitted BBQ grill and more. For work or play, the whole place is yours to enjoy. I wish that you unwind, stargaze, and create lasting memories.. Caretaker Babu will ensure good home made food.. have a good time 😎 The space The space had 2 bedrooms. one on the ground floor by the pool and the other on first floor by the terrace. Both has en-suite baths. There are work stations in both rooms. Universal sockets are available. The first floor room has a music system with blue tooth connection. There is a coffee making facility in each room and an outdoor kitchenette with Barbeque on the terrace. Dining area is outdoor with garden furniture. The whole place is private for your use Guest access Full access to the listed area. Also shared access to the estate, badminton court and barn area a bit deeper into the estate for total isolation. Border of the estate is kabani river. Same can be accessed but safety gear is not provided for this Other things to note Please note we don’t have a kitchen there , what we have is a small setup , where you can do tea coffee and at max a Maggie , we don’t allow any heavy cooking
