The space We are not a Hotel, we’re a home stay, it’s two worlds apart, come experience it for yourself :) Our Property 🔹 One queen bed, 🔹 One bathroom, 🔹 One French Window, 🔹 One Balcony overlooking the hills The studio opens to a lawn with views of the valleys and hills nearby: Few more pointers - 🔸 Access to the Property The studio is 60 km from Bagdogra airport and the New Jalpaiguri Railway station. It offers a peaceful retreat but may not be ideal for guests who require frequent city access. We recommend using a Bike, taxi, or private car for transportation. 🔸 Transportation Services We are happy to assist with pick-up and drop-off arrangements and any transportation needs during your stay. Please inform us in advance. 🔸 Amenities * Bath towels are provided for each guest. * Please bring your toothbrush, as it is not supplied. 🔸 House Rules * Smoking is not allowed inside the property. * Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. * Please keep noise levels moderate and avoid playing very loud music. 🔸 Bedroom Our studio is designed to be minimal and cozy. It is furnished with a bed, bedside table, and chair. The beds feature firm mattresses for a comfortable and restful sleep. 🔸 Hot Water The studio has a 10L electric geyser. During colder months, we recommend spacing showers at least 10 minutes apart to ensure hot water is available for all guests. 🔸 Living with Nature The studio is surrounded by nature, so depending on the weather, you may occasionally encounter harmless creatures inside the property, such as ladybugs or native house lizards. 🔸 Parking Onsite parking is available on the adjacent property. 🔸 Security For safety and guest verification, security cameras are installed at the exterior entrance and other outdoor areas of the property. While we share the compound, the villa offers complete privacy for our guests. Contact us for more information! Other things to note Please note that our property is located in a serene, remote village setting surrounded by nature. Due to this, occasional weather conditions such as thunderstorms (which are quite common in the region) may impact electricity and WiFi connectivity. While we do have backup systems in place, in rare cases restoration may take longer than expected, sometimes up to 24 hours. Being close to the forest, you may also encounter insects attracted to light and warmth. We take all necessary measures to maintain a clean and comfortable space, but a few natural visitors can still be part of the experience. We are a pet-friendly property and have friendly dogs and cats on-site who add to the charm of the place.
