There is a minimum fine of $1000. *No gathering/loitering in the front of the house. *Outdoor quiet hours start at 10pm and run until 10am. *No smoking of ANY KIND is permitted in the unit. There is a cleaning fee of $500 to scrub walls, clean carpets, and treat air if any smoke is detected. *No shoes inside the property. Our floors are deep cleaned after each stay, please respect our space by leaving your shoes on the shoe rack before you enter our home. *No extra / overnight guests - having more guests than stated in your reservation will result in an immediate cancellation. *No unplugging electronics like TVs, appliances, etc *No pets *We reserve the right to keep your full security deposit if any of the above rules are broken Deposit and Photo ID matching reservation is required in order for reservation to be accepted.
