Beautiful house located centrally, in the heart of Candolim. This spacious 2 Bedroom House is located very close to Candolim Beach (3 min drive). Grocery stores and restaurants are within 2 minutes walking distance. Why waste time travelling on your holiday! Perfect for a group of friends or families. All popular restaurants and clubs like SinQ, LPK, Pousada, Fat Fish, Cohiba, Calamari etc. are within 5-10 minutes distance from this property. The space Located in a peaceful neighbourhood and just behind the popular "Delfino's Hymart" in Candolim, this 2 bedroom house features beautifully done up rooms and bathrooms with an artistic vibe. Both bedrooms have King Size beds. Both the bathrooms have a shower unit and geyser. There is an AC in the hall too! The living room also has 15 feet ceilings which opens up into the dining area. This is the best part about the house where the entire group can come together! My caretaker is also available on call to help with anything you might need. Two-Wheeler and Four-Wheeler parking is available in an open parking lot just outside the property at the dead end. You will be provided with all the basic necessities like Wi-Fi in all rooms, bed linen, towels, Iron with Iron Board and cutlery. You'll have a kitchen where you can prepare basic meals: it has all the appliances like a gas stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, and pans. The kitchen also has an RO Water Filter. A UPS is also available in case of power outages although the power is rarely out for more than an hour. Please Note : In our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only once every 3 nights. The house is on the second floor and there is NO LIFT in the building. It's not difficult to get up at all. However, this could be an inconvenience to some guests so please consider this before booking. I would personally love to make your stay as pleasant as possible . Please do not hesitate to ask any questions! Guest access Guests have private access to the entire house. Other things to note Please treat this home with love and respect, like you would treat your own home. That's all I would want :) Use the ashtrays provided when smoking and keep the furnishings clean and safe. EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT will depend on availability of the house at that time.
