THE SPACE  BEDROOM 1 This secondary bedroom on the ground floor opens up to a balcony along with a view of the river. It is furnished with dual-temperature ACs, a fan, a wardrobe, a TV and a sofa bed for the guests' convenience. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 2 This master bedroom on the second floor opens up to a balcony along with a view of the mountains. It is furnished with dual-temperature ACs, a fan, a wardrobe, a TV and a sofa bed for the guests' convenience. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BATHROOMS There are 2 attached bathrooms and 2 powder rooms, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the basement All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM 1 The living room on the ground floor is adorned in shades of nude and cream It is furnished with an AC, fan, heater and TV to keep the young and old entertained. There is a sofa and sofa chair that accommodate 8 people in one sitting.  LIVING ROOM 2 The living room on the third floor has an AC, fan and heater for the guests’ comfort. There are seating arrangements for 6 people with its sofa set. LOUNGE The lounge area on the ground floor acts as a formal seating area with modern amenities. This space can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. DINING AREA The dining area is part of the living room on the ground floor and comes with modern facilities like an AC. This space can seat up to 8 people in one go. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate, mixer-grinder, crockery and cutlery. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWNS There are 2 lawns on the property sprawling around 20x10 ft and 16x25 ft respectively. There are seating arrangements in one of the lawns for 8 people to comfortably sit. There is a freshwater stream near one of the lawns that adds a touch of tranquillity to the property. POOL There is a shared outdoor pool, 30 x 15 ft. in size and stretched from 4 ft. - 5 ft. in depth. This pool overlooks the lush lawn and hills that envelope the property and can be accessed from 8 AM - 10 PM. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. - Breakfast is available at an additional cost. - A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs 2000 per session. Raw materials will be charged extra. - Extra meals will be chargeable at Rs. 1500 per person. - Guests can use the washing machine at an extra cost of Rs. 1000 per session. *Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
