WELCOME PACK Complimentary drinks and snacks are available at the villa. CLEANING The pool maintenance (daily) and the cleaning of the villa (1-3x per week) are included in the rental price. TOWELS & LINENS All towels for the bathrooms and pool terrace are provided, as are the linens for all beds. ELECTRICITY Electricity consumption is charged extra according to consumption with THB 7 per kW. This is a common practice in Thailand. Please care for the environment and do not leave light and air conditioning on unnecessarily TERMS AND CONDITIONS No smoking inside, no pets, no loud music, no parties, maximum 6 guests allowed. Security deposit of THB 20'000 will be required at check-in. You can use your preferred currency with the same value. You will receive this security deposit back when checking out.
