We have 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (1 is a wet room) . We don't have a 'typical’ guest. We cater for everyone in a variety of different set ups. We have 3 large bedrooms & 1 smaller bedroom. A tidy kitchen and a living room. We can easily get 11 beds into 4 bedrooms, with a mixture of doubles, singles & Zip Link beds. Our place is popular with: Families visiting Birmingham for leisure stays. We can comfortably sleep 11 people (maybe more if using the living room to sleep in (let us know if you need more then 11 beds) Contractors We are very popular with contractors working in Birmingham, whether its just Mon- Fri, Sun-Sun or a longer stay of several weeks or months. We are usually booked out, so message us to check availability. We are just OUTSIDE the Clean Air Zone (CAZ) so nothing to pay. We also have secure, gated parking for at least 8 cars or vans (even space to leave plant if you need). We are very happy to receive long term bookings. Word of warning, please don't wait to book. There are LOTS of city centre apartments in Birmingham, but hardly any houses and no other Bungalows. DO NOT wait to book! There’s a massive back garden patio to unwind after a hard days work or sight seeing You can walk to work if you're working at HS2, or anywhere in City Centre Football Fans You can see the Mighty Birmingham City Football Club (BCFC) Ground from Peaky Bungers and walk in less than 30 mins. Aston Villa is a short train ride away (1 train stop) or a short walk (around 40 mins) A taxi to the main night life area is around £5-£8 Theatre Goers/Workers The city centre is just 10-15 mins stroll away. University Students or Families of Uni Students Aston Uni & Birmingham City Uni are just 5 mins walk away while the University of Birmingham is on the local train route and just 14 mins away.
