Villa Seascape, located right on the beach with magnificent sea view, is an ideal combination of a seafront traditional greek holiday resort with elegant italian design and provencial style touches. This unique villa provides high standard facilities and amenities in a secluded estate tucked in lush greenery with exclusive access to a sandy beach with crystal waters. The villa allows guests to sink into luxury living and is designed to complement their inner sense of relaxation and privacy. The space This seafront villa of 250sqm sits on a 6.000sqm elevated plot offering a breathtaking sea view towards the sunset. The main house is on the ground level with a lovely living room with fireplace, a dinning area and a fully equiped kitchen. This level is flat, without any stairs and provides direct access to the private garden with the infinity-like pool for refreshing and relaxing moments during the hot days of summer. The ground level consists of 1 spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 large bedrooms that share a large bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower and a wc in the garden. On top of the main house there is an independent one-bedroom apartment with its own bath and amazing sea view. The 5th bedroom is located in the guest house of 20sqm inside the premises, with its own bathroom. All rooms have a/c units, there is one Tv in the living room and wi-fi access from all areas of the property. It is a completely renovated property with a traditional while at the same time elegant design and it can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. Indoors and outdoors are inspired by the homes in Provence and the Italian finesse. The villa comes with all necessary amenities for a care-free summer vacation and a relaxing stay by the sea. The setting and the location are immaculate, literally 2 steps away from a marvelous beach with exclusive access and crystal clear waters, in a quiet area, secure and private, and at the same time very close to the center of Porto Heli and the small port of Kosta which hosts the Sea Taxi and Ferry Boats, facilitating 24h transportation to Spetses island. Other things to note Covid-19 Heath and Sanitization Measures Following the guidance from the major official sources and the official health protocol based on the regulations of the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC), this season, we implement a number of measures to enable our guests to feel comfortable and safe within the premises of the property. Health and Sanitation Protocol At all times we emphasize rigorous cleaning and sanitization procedures keeping the property spotless and very well maintained. Our priority is to make sure that our guests are happy and safe in a professionally sanitized environment, and that all staff is educated and effectively protected in the context of their work. At the Property In addition to the thorough cleaning of the property, eco-friendly sanitization and disinfection take place in-between all bookings. A rigorous daily cleaning procedure is in place, with certified cleaning products, as well as daily disinfection of higher risk areas, emphasizing common, frequently used surfaces, such as doorknobs, keys, remote controls, and mattresses. Air-conditioning units are undergoing antimicrobial cleaning on a regular basis. Daily maintenance of the pool and disinfection is carried out by certified professionals. For our Guests The villa is equipped with hand-sanitizers and cleaning disinfectant, throughout the premises. Protection kits consisting of masks, gloves, travel-size hand-sanitizers, and antibacterial tissues are also available and placed close to the entrance of the property. The Villa Staff The villa staff and caretakers are continuously educated concerning new health and safety measures, due to Covid-19. Should guests feel more comfortable in a staff-free environment, preferring a socially distant, private sphere, we need to be notified in due time in order to work out a plan, based on a minimum - or completely staff-absent stay.
