Prior coordination ✨ Extended Stays – Important Information For stays longer than 14 nights, a small fixed energy surcharge applies due to the extended use of the accommodation's services and facilities. From the 15th night, a charge of US$5 per night is added. For monthly bookings (30 nights or more), a fixed monthly energy surcharge of US$150 applies for each month. If the stay includes additional nights outside the monthly period, these will be charged at US$5 per extra night.
