You can walk everywhere: to the lake, to Paradiso city, to Lugano city along the lake, to stores, to bus stations (1 min away), to train stations (Paradiso 300 m away, Lugano 1,5 km away), to boat stations and funicular stations. The Monte San Salvatore funicular is 400m away (about 3 minutes walking distance) . Self check in allows you to arrive when you want and have total privacy and freedom during your stay! Our apartment is situated at less than a minute from the highway exit and around you can explore and enjoy restaurants, grotto s, bars, gas stations, farmacies, post office, shopping centers, McDonalds, Ikea, gelaterias, fitness centres (Planet), etc. In this freshly renovated and fully furnished apartment almost everything is brand new! With floor to ceiling windows you'll enjoy mesmerising views from every room. The two beds (one King size - 180x200cm and one Queen size - 160x200cm) have comfortable toppers, 100% cotton bed sheets and pillows with different sizes and different levels of softness pillows. Two or three 100% cotton towels for every guest. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. Two smart TV sets (one 55 inches and the other 65 inches) with cable tv channels available and the possibility to connect to your favourite streaming services (NETFLIX, etc) together with the cozy plaids, cushions and covers will help you have a great time even if you want to stay home and relax. The terrace has a breathtaking view which you can enjoy while having breakfast, lunch, dinner, a simple coffee or a glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, induction stove/cooktop with integrated ventilation, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, Italian coffee pot, electric kettle/water heater, etc. Glasses for red wine, white wine, champagne / Prosecco, whisky and water glasses are also available together with plates, bowles, silverware, cutlery, stainless steel cookware, pans and other kitchen utensils for every necessity.
