Located in the prestigious Mission Highlands neighborhood, this grand, recently remodeled cabin is the perfect place for you and your family. Explore the breathtaking hiking trails, the old town of Sonoma, and hundreds of wineries nearby. You can explore the quaint town of Sonoma or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful private cabin in the wood. The space Our secluded gated cabin is located on the prestigious Mission Highlands overlooking the local vineyards . The top floor is the main floor. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, a spacious living room and an expansive deck. The main floor is available for small groups up to party of 6. The lower floor is a separate unit, and is accessible from the outside only. It has 2 full size beds, a spacious living room, a shower room and a half bathroom. For the booking of 7 or more guests, the lower level floor will be available/included in the booking. For parties of 6 or lesser guests, the lower studio access can be requested by the guest for an additional fee. (Regardless of the size of your group, and to give each group privacy, we do not book more than 1 party at a time on our ~1 acre hilltop property) . There is parking within the gates, and can fit at least 6 cars, if not more. Guest access Guests will have full access to the main floor, while the lower floor will only open up to the same party if the booking is reserved for 7 or more people . The lower floor is a complete separate unit. Small groups may also request the lower floor unit at a fee. Regardless of the size of your group, and to give each group privacy, we do not book more than 1 party at a time on our 1.14 acre hilltop property. Guests will walk up the stairs to access the main floor. Only the bottom floor is wheelchair accessible. Other things to note The number of guests listed at booking is the number of people who will be staying at the property. Guests should accurately report the total number of people in their group to the host to avoid potential fees or even termination of their reservation. If the number of guests changed before the stay, simply send a trip change request to add more people to the booking or message host. Pet stay must be booked at the time of reservation. If you intend to bring your furry friend with you at the last minute, message the host to request a stay for your pet. There are 4 visible Exterior security cameras on property: the front door, the backyard, toward the driveway, and each gate parking entrance.
