This is the room available in new semi-detached house located in the prime location with just 10min drive to dublin and 30min drive to dublin city centre in normal hours. Very well connected with public transport, euro spar, chemist, beautiful greens, river etc. Guest access They can access garden area, drive way for parking, living area and their own bedroom and bathroom which they are staying in. During your stay we love socializing with the guest and can even plan to drive to a tourist place anywhere in Ireland subject to availability. We are shout-out away 😃 Other things to note 1. No meat, fish or eggs are allowed as we are vegetarians and highly allergic to the above 2. Please take care of the house rules Also please see the Car Parking Rules, which needs to be STRICTLY followed. 1. The car needs to be parked only in the visitor parking in the estate and not on the roads. 2. The car could be clamped and fined €100 if found parked in the wrong spot (on the road, in front of someone else's parking, in front of the some elses house) 3. The car can be parked in the driveway with the hosts permission as per the availability. 4. Please do not park the car temporarily on the wrong spot, even for loading and unloading luggage. 5. Please do not stand or wait or walk casually on the neighborhood driveway, which is private property. you are free to use the area of our house.
