Other things to note - After the reservation is completed, it will be mandatory to send personal data: full name, ID and date of birth as it is a requirement of the condominium for access. - Any damage to objects, furniture, appliances, electronics and other studio items will be charged, as well as any loss of objects and/or stains on towels and bedding. - Check-in at 3 p.m. -Check-out by 12:00 p.m. (noon) -If you wish to do a professional photo shoot, bridal day or filming, we allow a maximum of six people inside the studio, upon prior notice. A fixed fee of R$ 350.00 will be charged in addition to the daily rate stated on the Airbnb website. - All decorations compose this magical setting and were planned with great affection for all our dear guests. We kindly ask that you do not remove or damage any decorative objects as well as the flowers on the balcony. Due to the commercial use of the building, maintenance and renovations of the condominium occur between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Please inform us if the noise extends for a longer period than mentioned, so that we can take the necessary measures necessary.
