This floor has a fully equipped kitchen with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom plus a full-sized washer and dryer. The bathroom features an updated walk-in shower and has a private entrance to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and drop-down desk for those who need some office space while on vacation. The guest bedroom has a unique bunk bed with a king bed and twin on the top. If you need additional sleeping arrangements, there is a twin-sized trundle bed that can be pulled out. The downstairs 1 bedroom apartment has its own entrance accessible from the backyard next to the pool. It comes with a full size bed, loveseat, and a separate kitchenette with a dining bar. The bathroom features a brand new walk-in shower. The pool is private and even has an oversized spa in a peaceful, ideal setting - bring your umbrella drink and start the BBQ! The backyard is furnished with lounge chairs, umbrella, and 3 types of grills/smokers for your bar-b-ques.
