Cozy Annex in Northampton

This is a well-maintained annexe which is detached from the main house. It has independent access and has a double bed. It has an ensuite and is equipped with a smart TV, microwave, mini fridge, kettle, iron & hair dryer. Less than 5 mins to the M1 and Sixfields which is home to Northampton FC, Rugby stadium, Formula 1 park and ride, cinema, restaurants, gym and supermarkets. About 10 mins drive to Northampton Town centre. Ideal for anyone looking for a short stay in Northampton. The space This is an open-plan annexe that is detached from the main house with independent access. The annexe space is not shared so guests will have full privacy. It doesn't have full kitchen capabilities (no cooker and washing machine). However, It does have a microwave, electric kettle, mini fridge, cutleries, plates, tea cups, and wine glasses. Also complimentary coffee and tea are available. It has its own En-suite - shower, toilet, sink. The annexe has good wi-fi access and Guests have access to a smart TV which includes free Netflix. Iron and board included. The annexe comes with a free dedicated car park for guests located just in front of the main building. Guest access The annexe can be accessed via the garden gate located at the side of the garage. We offer two methods of check-in (self-check-in or host check-in). Self-check-in: The codes/keys and explanation on how to access the annexe will be shared prior to arrival. So you can come and go as you wish Host-check in: Alternatively, the host can also be present to welcome guest on arrival and make sure all is right, but after that you can have keys/codes and independent access so you can come and go as you wish Other things to note Guests are not allowed to park in front of the property garage. There is a dedicated parking space for one car on the side of the hedges facing the property as seen in one of the pictures. No parties or visitors are allowed at anytime.
