For an additional $50 a night, secure a boat slip and explore the stunning Seneca Lake from your doorstep. With access to 200 feet of pristine lakefront, you can relax by the water or gather around the firepit for cozy evenings under the stars. Guests also have access to the Showboat Dockside Restaurant, offering delicious meals and refreshing drinks just a short walk away. This outdoor space is ideal for making unforgettable memories. 🌊🔥🏊 Guest access Guests will enjoy access to all spaces indoors with the exception of two storage closets off the game room. Outdoors, guests will have access to the entire property. Please note - kids should not play in and around the creek. Other things to note Easy Entry - You will receive your door code the morning of your arrival via email and text. Make sure to press the lock/unlock button after entering your code. Easy check-out - Please notify us if anything was damaged during your stay, this way we can prepare for our next guests. Turn off lights and lock the door on your way out! The restaurant on site is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Further, there is also live music most weekend evenings that ends 10:30pm. Parking may be difficult on extremely busy weekends, such as 4th of July. Ensure you arrive early to secure a spot before restaurant and bar guests take up parking. Be aware due to the cold weather during fall and winter, our shared pool will not be available starting October 1st.
