Self-Catering Woodland Retreat. Families and Pets

4 miles from St Ives, set in 100 acres of beautiful woodland, 206 Treva Croft is a delightful and homely self-catering bungalow situated within the popular St Ives Holiday Village. Set in a very quiet corner of the park with immediate access to the surrounding woodland. Just a short drive from some of the most spectacular Cornish Coasts, giving you access to places like St Michael's Mount, the Minack Theatre, Lands End as well as some of the most beautiful beaches. The space 206 Treva Croft is a terrace bungalow surrounded by mature woodland. A path leads to the front door where there is a small outdoor space under a canopy of mature oak and beech trees. The indoor space comprises of a comfortable open plan kitchen/diner/lounge space. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic utensils and has seating for 4. Both bedrooms provide shaded views of the woodland. The master bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom provides two single beds and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower and bath. There is a large selection of DVDs, books, games and children’s toys at the property. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the whole property and front patio along with the surrounding 100 acre woodland, which is home to a host of wildlife, a stream and an outdoor play area. The holiday park facilities include a reception desk, a shop, a swimming pool, a games room and an entertainment hall. Guests can purchase tickets to access the facilities from the reception desk. Please be aware that the pool is run by the John Fowler Park and sessions can be booked on the John Fowler app. Family tickets cost £30 for short stays and £60 for a week. Other things to note One hand towel in the bathroom and one tea towel will be provided but guest bath towels are NOT provided. Please let me know if it isn’t possible for you to bring your own towels. Washing up liquid, a sponge, a cloth and a tea towel is provided in the kitchen. Please note, there is WiFi at the property and a TV but we do not have access to terrestrial TV channels and it is not a smart TV. The TV is for DVD use only. We have provided a large selection of DVDs.
