We kindly request that you accurately describe the total number of guests in your reservation, including infants, to ensure the appropriate charges are applied. Please note that since this unit is in an older building, it does not have AC; however, we do provide guests with two standing fans, and with the windows open it does provide a nice ocean breeze. We typically open our property availability calendar up to 6 months in advanced; however, if you are interested in learning about pricing or want to book something outside of that window, let me know, and I can definitely look into accommodating you. 😊 A few other things to note regarding checkout: We ask guests to complete a few simple checkout tasks before departure, including placing used towels in the bathroom, disposing of household trash in the building dumpsters, and locking the unit.
