Superhosts since 2015, we offer a tranquil, safe, three bedroom condo in West Sedona minutes from downtown. It has two full bathrooms and is a highly-desirable unit near the pool and spa in a lush, landscaped community. Fully equipped kitchen and two car garage. 1,142 sq. feet; Hi-speed Wi-Fi Internet and Roku TV with access to YouTubeTV, Netflix etc. The space Comfortable, homey, single-story, private patio home in a fantastic West Sedona location. We are near the airport with views of the famous Red Rocks. Several great hikes are within minutes including Old Post to Carroll Canyon Trail, Airport Loop, Chimney Rock Loop and many more! Casa de Bella Sedona features a cathedral ceiling in the living room, and the fenced yard also has a covered patio. Fully furnished, including linens and dishes. Two twin beds in the second bedroom. Community pool/hot tub. Air conditioning. The Master Bedroom has a private bath. Ceiling fans in both the Master Bedroom and living room. There is also a 40 inch flat screen TV in the living room. You can watch shows via Netflix etc., but there is not Cable TV. A Washer and Dryer are located in the main hallway. Gorgeous landscaping in Nepenthe community. Guest access Access the condo via the front door (keyless entry). Once you're in you may open the garage door and park your car(s) inside. Large trucks and many vans may not fit in the garage. Visitor parking spaces are close and convenient, about 100 yards to the left of the garage near the two large trees. Nepenthe HOA rules: You may only park vehicles in front of the garage temporarily to load and unload because of safety and access for emergency vehicles etc. The community pool and hot tub are a two-minute walk away. Broadband hi speed Wi Fi Internet access with 150 Mbps of speed, which is fast enough for video conferencing, gaming on laptops, and using smart phones and other devices all at the same time. Other things to note Sedona is 120 miles north of Phoenix. Known for its unique beauty and serene setting amidst the beautiful Red Rocks, the town is famous for its vibrant arts community, with nearly 100 art galleries and events including the Sedona International Film Festival, Sedona Arts Festival and the Sedona Jazz Festival, all held annually. Sedona offers excellent outdoor adventures, including mountain biking, hiking and off-roading. Sedona, which is surprisingly sprawling, features Oak Creek to the south, West Sedona and of course, Uptown Sedona, each providing magnificent views, unique hiking trails, fine dining and the arts. A convenient park and two grocery stores are within easy walking distance, or just a 2 minute drive. Enjoy horseback riding, jeeps tours, hot air balloon rides, and helicopter tours. Casa de Bella Sedona is a short distance to Devil's Bridge, Cathedral Rock, Bell, Boyton Canyon, Courthouse and Castle Rock trails, top-rated restaurants, artisan galleries, antique shops and charming coffee houses. You'll want to experience the special spiritual attraction and high energy vortice fields (vortexes), known world-wide, in this area. Get in touch with Sedona's rich Native American culture. Explore historic petroglyphs and ancient cave dwellings. Visit historic Jerome and Prescott, the famous Lowell Observatory or snow ski in beautiful Flagstaff. And of course, the Grand Canyon is a short 90 minute drive to the north. Or simply relax and delight in all the amenities of your private home on the edge of the Coconino National Forest.
