This amazing and very bright apartment is located in the heart of Catania’s historic city center, inside an elegant 18th-century Baroque palace, just a few steps from Piazza Duomo and the city’s magnificent Cathedral. The apartment, just like the other homes I manage within the same building, is furnished with care and attention to detail, designed to offer you comfort, practicality, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It is one of the most spacious and bright homes I manage, ideal for those who wish to experience the city while enjoying comfort, atmosphere, and a privileged location. The interiors are wide, relaxing, and wrapped in elegant aquamarine tones. The apartment features two large double bedrooms, a cozy living and dining area with a double sofa bed, two bathrooms — one with a shower and one with a whirlpool bathtub — and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals with fresh products from the iconic Pescheria market located just below the building. The true gem of the house is the large 80 m² terrace located on the upper level: the perfect place to enjoy breakfast outdoors, cook on the barbecue, relax in the sun, or admire the stars while sipping a good glass of wine. From here, you can enjoy a unique panoramic view of the city: the sea on one side, the domes of the Cathedral, the rooftops of Baroque Catania, and on clear days even Mount Etna. Staying in this apartment means experiencing the most authentic heart of the city, with all the comforts of a welcoming home and a wonderful private outdoor space. If the apartment is not available on your desired dates, I also manage other homes within the same building that you may consider upon request. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal! Other things to note Check-in is available until 7:00 PM from Monday to Friday. Whenever possible, we will be happy to welcome you in person; otherwise, you can check in independently by following the simple instructions we will send you. On public holidays, Saturday afternoon, and Sunday, check-in is exclusively self-check-in. Inside the apartment, you will find a house manual with all useful information, including details for accessing the Wi-Fi network and suggestions on what to see and do in the city. You can contact us for any need until 8:30 PM, and of course, we remain available for emergencies. If you need parking, we will gladly point out the closest and most convenient options in the area. Upon arrival, you will find the apartment clean, with fresh linens, towels, and a hairdryer. Initial and final cleaning are always included; any additional cleaning can be arranged through external services upon request.
