This delightful house with its rooftop terrace is located in the heart of the historic city center, in an ancient Baroque palace from the 1700s, 20 meters from Piazza Duomo, where the Cathedral of Catania is located. This and all our residences, different in size and characteristics, are furnished with love and equipped to offer you maximum comfort and, above all, in order to make you feel at home, because we firmly believe that "home" is not a place, but a "feeling"! The space This cute apartment is situated at the last floor of an internal stairs of Palazzo Pardo, an historical building of 1700, in the heart of the city center, in a strategic position to the corner of Garibaldi street and Duomo Square and at few meters of the Cathedral of Catania! Is made by three floor, in the first there is the kitchen, fully accessorized and with a sofà bed single and an extensible table. At the second floor there are the lovely bedroom with a very comfortable bed king size, a television 32 " and a spacious bathroom with a good shower. At the third floor there is a very nice terrace, with a magnificent view to the domes of the Duomo, the roofs of the buildings of the historical center, the sea and even the Etna volcano! In the terrace you can take your breakfast or also a candle light's dinner, with a unique atmosphere! The apartment is also very quite, because is situated at the last floor of the palace and there is a fantastic privacy! IMPORTANT: you can arrive in this apartment by four little ramps of stairs! But it's worth, because the terrace has a magic view!
