Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 2 single beds available in room overlooking a garden. Suitable for solo or 2 person use. Central Edinburgh accessible by bus approx 20min away. TV available in room. Shared bathroom with home owner, second toilet available. Set on a peaceful estate in Gilmerton Edinburgh. I also own one friendly, quiet dog who can be kept at distance if required. There is a Co-op local shop located approx 3 minutes walk from the property. The space Bedroom consists of 2 single beds, desk area and television. Towels also provided. Bathroom is shared with owner. Hairdryer available. Kettle, toaster and microwave available in kitchen area. NO DINING AREA OR SHARED LIVING AREA. Guest access Guests can use bedroom, bathroom and kitchen space for making tea, coffee. Access via front door. Room is located up one set of stairs. During your stay Please call or message if any issues. I am usually at work and tend to keep myself to myself but am happy to chat if guests want to.
