Guest access Hills and Haze is a 5 Bedroom Pool Villa which gives you a comfortable and delightful experience at Nandi Foothills. Ground Floor - Living room with attached pool accompanied by elderly bedroom and kids' room with tree house (Monkey mansion) and hill and pool facing bay window. First Floor - Luxurious Bar area, spacious master bedroom and teens room with attached washrooms. Open terrace to view the hill just in front of your eyes. Mesmerizing lake view to uplift your evening experience amidst the 360-degree Nandi Hills. Second Floor - Bedroom which has swing bed along with sky light to embrace a star gazing experience with your loved ones. The cozy balcony adds up to your evenings and makes it your best choice for a romantic date. Recreational zone with TT table and other board games will rejuvenate the child in you and replenish your evenings. Note : All beds rooms have attached washrooms. Other things to note -> Please Note for weekends or public holidays Minimum of 12 guests booking will be confirmed. Less the 12 guests for Friday/ Saturday or public holidays bookings will not be confirmed and the reservation may be cancelled. -> "Ghar Sa Khana" chef can provide you meals as per daily menu with additional cost. -> "BBQ Desi tadka" can fulfil the snacky desire. Tikkas & Chinese starters with additional cost. -> Appreciate if you use dining area for food consumption. -> Additional cost for extra person or visitor. -> This is a DIY property, no room service. -> Caretaker will be available in case of any sudden assistance. -> No loud noise during lean hours 10 PM - 6 AM. -> 4 KVA power backup installed for power outage. AC and geyser won’t be operational during outage. -> No smoking inside the rooms. -> Consumption of Drugs in the Property or Community is prohibited. -> Kids not to be left unattended. -> Be careful with in-house items. You break it, you buy it. -> Be careful with your belongings, management is not responsible if lost. -> It is Mandatory to show your ID (Aadhar/ Driving license / Voter ID / PP ) -> Check-out can be extended based on availability and per hour charges will apply. -> Late check-out for more than 30 mins will have additional charges on per hour basis. -> Pool maintenance time: 9:00 AM to 11 AM, Swimming pool cannot be accessed during this time.
