Located at rua Antonio Bicudo, right in the heart of Pinheiros, 3 blocks from both metro stations Faria Lima and Fradique. Close to Vila Madalena and to everything that the best neighborhood of São Paulo has to offer! The space The apartment has three spacious bedrooms, two of them available for guests, both equipped with double bed - and the possibility of an additional mattress. There are two bathrooms, one for the exclusive use of guests. In addition to the bedroom, guests can use all common areas of the apartment, which includes a large living room with TV, sofas and dining table, the fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry area with a washing machine. During your stay Sometimes I work at home, sometimes I work out. I travel a lot and it might happen that the guest will have the whole apartment for himself, being welcomed and assisted by my daughter, who does not live there. I will always be able to give assistance to the guests by messages or telephone, and in person when I'm there. Other things to note The building has a concierge in business hours.
