Hafan is luxury accommodation, with Jacuzzi hot tub, spectacular views and wood burning stove. Short drive to the historic town of Hay on Wye famous for bookshops, festivals, food markets and castle, and Brecon Beacons National Park, Pen-y-fan and Four Waterfalls. The property Hafan is nestled in a small hamlet within a Welsh Area of Natural Beauty. Surrounded by common land, hillside and fields there are amazing walks and magnificent panoramic views of the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons. The space Hafan has been fitted to a luxurious standard with traditional features such as high ceilings to give a sense of space and calm. There is under floor heating and a wood burner stove in the open plan living area, which has a Samsung smart TV with firestick (Netflix, BBC iplayer and live TV) and WiFi. There are plenty of throws and cushions which makes it a comfortable seating area. The kitchen is very well equipped with belfast sink and fridge, cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Fresh ground coffee is provided as well as tea, sugar, water and milk. There is a walk-in rain shower in the bathroom which has a vanity unit and backlit mirror. Masses of large good quality towels are provided for the shower room and hot tub. Toiletries are provided. The bedroom has a king size bed with luxury white cotton bedding and bath robes. There is a dressing table and full length mirror as well as lots of storage and hanging space. In the private garden is a Jacuzzi (TM) hot tub under the fairy lit pergola. (no waiting for a wood fired tub to heat up!) A landscaped garden, deckchairs, garden furniture and BBQ mean you can enjoy a relaxing evening under the stars. Guest access The property is accessed via a long sweeping driveway leading to private parking for 2 cars. Please note as this is a loft it is on the first floor and accessed via an external staircase. It is therefore not suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is a key safe to access the property. Other things to note Free wood and starter fuel is provided sufficient for 1-2 fires. Afterwards wood can be purchased locally or from the owners. Charcoal is provided for the BBQ. Additional bags can be purchased locally. There is good mobile phone coverage (4g) and also wifi. Adults only. No smoking. No Dogs or Pets (except service animals)
