Modern, comfortable and safe house that has a land of 4,000 m2 facing the sea. This private beach is located 4 hours from Quito, located within the PLAYAKEMI urbanization 2.5km before reaching Cojimíes. Private entrance, communal surveillance cameras, visitor parking, private pool and jacuzzi, solar panels, satellite internet, etc. For 20 people, we have 2 rooms in the house and 3 adjoining suites for 4 people each that are enabled per person. The space Kitchen: equipped Room: an internal one with TV and an external one. Rooms: queen/king size bed + bunk bed, full bathroom, air conditioning, fan and desk. The orange and turquoise suites have a mini fridge, microwave, dishes, and TV. The Master suite features a full kitchen, TV, closet, and spacious bathroom. Beach: it has a tent and chairs to enjoy the day on the beach. Pool and Jacuzzi: heated with solar panels and private. Hours from 09:00 - 22:00 Guest access Access to the property is complete so that you have a unique experience in Playakemi, except for the non-reserved suites. Other things to note The distribution in PlayAkemi is by rooms, 4 people per room. (Example: if there are 8 people, they are distributed in 2 rooms for 4 people each, but if they want to be distributed by rooms, that is, of the 8 people, 2 people in each room, with 4 rooms required, the price varies, since our values are per room) The distribution of the space for your stay begins with the HOUSE, green and blue room for 4 people each (maximum 8 people in each) Turquoise Suite 4 more people (for 12 people) Orange Suite 4 more people (16 people) MASTER suite 4 more people (20 people) If you wish to be distributed by number of rooms, please let us know as the price varies by room occupancy.
