In the event that the key is lost or forgotten inside the apartment, a fee of $50 will be charged for replacement or access assistance. If a locksmith service becomes necessary due to the key being left in the lock on the inside, an additional fee of $120 will apply. Home truths: Our apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building. Please note that the building does not have an elevator.
