Cozy room in Arequipa

The house is located in a residential area with 24-hour private security, near the intersection of Av. Villa Hermosa and Av. Rímac (Promart), from where you can take public transport to Av. Ejército (8 min./ area with banks and shopping centers) and the Historic Center (15 min.). The time to the airport and the land terminal by taxi is 15 min. We have three indoor kittens (they never leave the house) who are friendly and good companions. Hosts will be available to you at all times. The space The room is on the second floor, has a double bed, a large closet and plenty of natural lighting. It has permanent and environmentally friendly hot water, using solar energy. The guest will be able to use the kitchen to prepare their food, having a space in the refrigerator and they will also be able to use the washing machine. Guest will have access to the internet via wifi. Other things to note Important Notice: Minimum stay is three nights.
