In front of the beach

Our cosy 60m2 flat is located in Puerto de Mazarrón, a coastal town in the municipality of Mazarrón, in the Region of Murcia. We are 10 minutes walk from the centre and right on the beach! In addition, you will have parking space to move comfortably and visit the beautiful Costa Cálida :) Plus: furnished terrace with view and table and chairs With capacity for up to 5 guests, here you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay. The space In a building with lift, the flat is located on the 1st floor. As you can see in the photos, the flat consists of the following spaces: - a living room area with sofa and TV, in a space open to an area with a dining table - a separate kitchen - the sleeping area is organised as follows: * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 150x190 * 1 bedroom with 3 single beds of 90x190 (a bunk bed and an individual bed). Moreover, the bedroom has a work desk - 1 bathroom You will also have at your disposal a private terrace with views: we hope you enjoy it :) Being on the beachfront, in summer, there is more activity and it can be noisy. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The flat does not have air conditioning or heating, but you will have 2 portable fans, 1 ceiling fan in the bedroom with double bed and 1 portable radiator at your disposal. The hot water is supplied by a 100 litre electric water heater: once it has been used up, you just have to wait for the water heater to fill up again. If you come by car, you will have access to a parking space in an underground car park. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that you will access the property using an electronic lock, it requires you to download an app on your smartphone. In case you don't have data at your arrival, you can download it before.
