This features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. - The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. - The second bedroom and bathroom are separate, providing added privacy. Both bedrooms have their own AC units but do Not include TVs (The TV is in the Living Room). Our open-concept living room and kitchen offer a comfortable living space. The living room has a convertible sofa bed to accommodate an additional guest (Please inform prior to arriving if there will be an extra 5th guest staying), a coffee table, and an Android Smart TV with streaming apps for your entertainment. Our apartment provides access to a variety of popular streaming platforms, ready for use with your own personal accounts. Please note, we do not provide guest accounts for services like Netflix, Max, etc. The living room does not have an AC, however there is AC in both bedrooms available! The fully equipped kitchen includes: Double sink, stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge and freezer. For your convenience, we also provide salt, sugar, coffee, tea and some basic cleaning products. We provide bath towels and face towels for your use within the apartment. We do NOT provide Beach Towels! This apartment is on the second floor. The pool is open 24/7 and it is shared with 2 other units only if the other 2 units are also rented at the same time. Other things to note Yes, water is Included in the price (normal consumption) Yes, the pool is open 24/7 Yes, there is an AirFryer in this Apartment Yes, there is AC in both Bedrooms. We do not have AC in the living room. Yes, we have a Walk In Closeth in the Master Bedroom. We provide bath towels and hand towels for your use within the apartment. However, we do Not supply Beach Towels. If you plan to visit the beach, please bring your own beach towels. We kindly request that you do Not take our towels outside the property, as this is not permitted! Electricity is not included in the price! For reference, 40 kWh is about $ 16. This will last me 5 days. The one thing that uses the most electricity is the AC. I use about 8 kWh per day, but this is with only 2 hour use of AC. All the AC s' have a timer on them. So, I put the off timer on the AC for 2 hours to cool the room, and then I sleep with the portable fan on. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and a portable fan in them. 1 hour use of AC is about 1 kWh. The price per 1 kWh is about USD 0.49
