Apartment with Wi-Fi, furnished with a double bed and bunk bed (extra mattresses and pillows), 2 sofas, TV with TV Box, kitchen with basic utensils (dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, blender, microwave, stove and refrigerator), there are 4 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas and a mat available. The space Our space is a cozy, airy and well-located place. The idea was to find an apartment that would welcome guests in a way that made them feel at home. It is a little corner to rest after enjoying the beach that is very close. In the space, we provide towels and bed linens, as well as extra pillows and mattresses. If you prefer to rest, we have the necessary utensils and a great internet connection. The apartment is in a quiet and family-friendly condominium, the doormen are always available to assist you if necessary. Because it is very well located, taking a stroll through the Boqueirão, Gonzaga and Embaré neighborhoods, or walking along the waterfront will always be a good choice. Other things to note The keys will be available at the concierge and can be removed with the doorman, when leaving the apartment for your convenience you can leave it at the gatehouse, so you don't have to worry. At the end of the lease, we request that the keys be delivered to the porter who is at the moment. At the end of the stay we ask you to remove the trash, the dumpsters are in the parking lot, please understand the towels in the clothesline and close the windows of the bedroom, living room and kitchen. If you use the chairs and sun umbrellas, we ask that you remove the sand.
