Do not place trash bags or other uncontained trash with food anywhere on the property due to wild animals. Guest will be charged $25 per bag after allowance of 3. Exception for more than 3 nights stay (1 bag per night). SNOW REMOVAL - Owner will clear snow on driveway and backdoor walkways to enter house prior to check in time. Guest will need to clear snow in front of garage during their stay with shovels. CHAINS - All wheel drive and/or chains require during winter snow days. Cancellation and refund is allowed if ALL roads are closed. CAMERAS - Exterior security cameras only for safety purpose. Guest access Self check in with keypads for garage and back door.
