The space The Vistas Caymanas is a single family home (4 persons occupancy limit) offering two bedrooms with king and queen beds and ensuite closets, three smart TVs with Cable TV, three A/C units, fibre speed WIFI, a bathroom, living room, laundry area with a washer, and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The Vistas also offers relaxed views of Caymanas from its patio. Other amenities include a communal space with facilities, such as, a pool (adult and kiddie), children playground, jogging/ walking track, football field, basketball court, tennis court, gazebos for relaxation, on-site parking and 24-hours security service. Neighbouring the Vistas Caymanas is the scenic Caymanas Golf & Country Club for golf enthusiasts or those looking for a chill spot to lounge in the lovely surroundings. Also in the neighbourhood is the exciting Caymanas Polo Club. Favourably located, the Vistas Caymanas is 20 mins away from Kingston and less than 10 mins away from Portmore. In Portmore offerings such as Starbucks, Hellshire beach, Buzzers Gaming Arcade and the Sovereign Village shopping mall can be found along with other shopping and dining options. Kingston offers the nightlife, culture, sporting events, business centers, banks, shopping, etc. The Vistas Caymanas is close enough to everything but still secluded for peace, privacy and quiet. Other things to note What We Provide We provide basic linen and supplies to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests can expect: sheets, towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, shower gel, pots/pans, kettle, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, microwave, dishes and bowls, glassware, eating and cooking utensils, knives and trash bags. What to Bring To ensure your stay is personalized we recommend that you bring: additional bath toiletries, laundry detergent, specialty kitchen items (ovenware, tinfoil, etc.), additional trash bags, bath and/or pool towels (if needed). Supplies: We do not provide room service or restock supplies during your stay. If housekeeping service is needed during your stay, this can be facilitated for an additional fee. Other Things to Note: We do not allow music videos and/or photoshoots. Smoking/parties/functions and/or events are strictly prohibited. Occupancy is enforced - four (4) persons limit. Our House Rules are strict and must be adhered to.
