The upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms with en-suites and 1 additional bedroom. The property's leisure area features a private barbecue and swimming pool, beautiful landscaping and a support bathroom. All expenses are included, except for the consumption of water and energy, which are measured at the guest's entry and exit. The space The house offers spacious, beautifully decorated rooms with 590m² of built area. TV, Wi-Fi, Net, a kitchen equipped with all appliances and utensils for the comfort of large groups, 2 refrigerators and 2 freezers are available. The Condominium has an excellent multi-sport court and also offers children a playground with new toys in a very wooded space. The Condominium is located next to a shopping center with a great restaurant, bakery, snack bars, hairdresser and several other commercial points of interest. The main avenue has abundant transportation, bus stops, taxis, as well as the BRT station that connects to the metro. We welcome our guests at check-in and answer any questions that may arise. We live close to the property and offer tips and necessary assistance if needed. We check out at the time set for our guests' departure. The Condominium is gated and has 24-hour security, and for the peace of mind of all condominium members, the list of names of all guests with their respective identity numbers is delivered to the Administration prior to their arrival. This control, in addition to providing security, facilitates guest access when entering and leaving the Condominium. We do not rent to external events and do not accept large pets.
