The space Step into our thoughtfully designed space where comfort meets style, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. guest access includes First floor, front porch and yard, back yard, and driveway. second floor is locked but can be rented with the downstairs for more space. Kitchen The kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, and an air fryer, ideal for preparing meals and snacks. It is equip with pots and pans, baking sheets, as well as basic spices. It also has a small coffee bar with non dairy creamer, sugar, regular coffee and flavored Keurig pods Bedroom The bedroom offers a comfortable full-sized bed adorned with crisp linens and fluffy pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. There is an air mattress and additional bedding stored in the dresser. Blackout blinds as of Dec 2025 Bathroom The bathroom is modern and clean, stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience. Living room The living room has a comfortable couch that can be used as an extra sleeping space and a love seat. As well as a 55 inch tv with Chromecast , books, board games, children's books and games. It's a great place to relax after adventuring around Cleveland. Parking This property has driveway space for two cars. you can also park on the street. Outdoor space Front yard and porch with table and chairs. Perfect for sitting back and enjoying the neighborhood. The backyard is spacious and has a small patio area with a bench and hammock,. perfect for relaxing while the kids and dogs play. Fire pit and chairs also provided. Firewood can be purchased at any hardware store. Includes a large partially fenced in yard. Our home offers convenient on-site parking for your vehicle. Additionally, public transportation options, including bus stops, are just a short walk away. Uber and Lyft are also readily available for exploring the city. Other things to note House Rules: no smoking of any kind, doing so WILL result in a $250 cleaning fee Only 1 dog allowed no cats no pets left unattended at property, no exceptions, no pets on furniture all pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in black trash bin. bags provided in back yard no unregistered guest no parties/events quiet hours after 10pm-8am be respectful of neighbors, checkour is no later than 10 am there are automatic airfreshners in use. if you'd like them turned off please request so before check-in I live next door. you may see me from time to time. I use the back of the driveway to park my popup camper. I use the garage to store stuff. I may have to go into it sometimes. I take trash to the curb on Wednesday nights. thank you
